General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the website studentsprague.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the providers of services and products presented through the Website, and the users or customers who use or order such services and products (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

The Website is operated by Students Prague s.r.o., Company ID No.: 04576837, with its registered office at Záhřebská 10, Prague 2, 120 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 249834/MSPH.

The Website forms part of the wider Erasmus in Prague brand ecosystem. Services, events, products or activities presented through the Website may be operated or provided by Students Prague s.r.o. or by related legal entities operating within the same brand ecosystem, in particular WE Entertainment s.r.o. and LUNA FESTIVAL CZ s.r.o. The specific provider is determined by the particular service, event, product, order, ticket purchase or communication.

For the purposes of these GTC, the relevant legal entity providing the specific service, event, product or activity is hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”. Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to the “Operator” in these GTC shall mean Students Prague s.r.o. as the operator of the Website, while references to the “Provider” shall mean the entity responsible for the specific service or product.

By using the Website and/or ordering services or products through the Website, the Customer agrees to these GTC.

2. Services and Products

The Operator mainly offers services for international and Czech students in Prague, such as:

accommodation services and assistance in finding housing,

student events, trips, and social activities,

advisory services related to studying and staying in the Czech Republic.

The exact specification of services is always provided in the description on the Website for each particular offer.

3. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

An order becomes binding at the moment it is submitted through the online form.

By concluding the contract, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree with the GTC.

The Operator shall confirm receipt of the order by email to the Customer’s address provided during registration or in the order.

4. Price and Payment Terms

Prices of services and products are listed on the Website including VAT (if applicable).

Payment is made online via a payment gateway, by bank transfer, or by another method specified on the Website.

Payment must be made within the deadline specified in the order confirmation; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.

5. Cancellation Policy and Withdrawal from the Contract

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, unless otherwise specified (e.g., for services with a fixed date).

In the event of cancellation by the Customer after the service provision has started, the Operator is entitled to charge a cancellation fee according to the conditions stated for the specific service.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Operator undertakes to provide services properly and in accordance with the description on the Website.

The Customer is obliged to provide truthful information during registration and ordering and to follow the Operator’s instructions.

The Operator is not liable for damages caused by false information provided by the Customer.

7. Personal Data Protection

The Operator processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations (GDPR).

Details regarding the processing of personal data are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

8. Final Provisions

These GTC are valid and effective from July 1, 2025.

The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. The new version becomes effective on the date of its publication on the Website.

The legal relations between the Operator and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
